Intel $INTC dropped almost 20% after the results in the after market! Is that tempting to you when you consider the plan to cut costs, lay off employees and cut the dividend? Or do you need to see some evidence that the company is on the mend first?

I'd need to see the evidence. I used to think about this stock, but a few months ago I definitely decided I didn't want this stock in my portfolio.

At most I would consider some shorter term position to return within months. I wouldn't include it in my portfolio as an investment.
